Orders are shipped using FedEx or other logistics partners when necessary.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
VitalTaste is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information where available.
Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.
8. International Shipping, Customs and Duties
If we ship outside Malta, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Vital Taste is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local import procedures, incorrect customs information, or restrictions in the destination country.

9. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unopened
The product must be in its original packaging

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened food supplements cannot usually be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
